1. Home Delivery
To make your shopping experience more convenient, SL TECHIE offers island-wide delivery — bringing your computer needs right to your doorstep anywhere in Sri Lanka. We have already successfully delivered over 8,000+ orders to happy customers all over the island, including Jaffna, Batticaloa, Matara, Kandy and beyond.
Now, we are happy to introduce our Island-Wide Next-Day Delivery Service — so you can get your order faster, safer, and right on time.
We always ensure extra-safe protective packaging to keep your items secure during transit. Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, ensuring it's always affordable and fair.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Orders are dispatched via trusted couriers within 24–48 hours after receiving payment.
- Packages are typically delivered within one day to most locations island-wide.
- Delivery charges apply based on package weight and location. (Standard Rates are 1KG - 500 Upwards 140)
- Courier services do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or mercantile holidays.
- Full payment (100%) is required for delivery orders.
- Payments can be made directly to our bank account.
- Please use your order number as the payment reference.
- VISA / MASTER / AMEX Credit & Debit cards accepted.
- Bank convenience fees may apply for credit & debit card or any installement payments.
- Discount prices apply only for full system purchases.
- Offers are valid only for Cash, Online Transfer, or Card Payments.
- No refunds or reversals for Credit/Debit or Buy Now Pay Later/installement transactions.
- Gaming Chairs and Tables may take up to 3-7 days for delivery.
- Delivery is outsourced to a dedicated courier delivery pathner.
2. Custom Orders
If your requirements go beyond what’s available in the local market, we’ll source it for you. Our team goes above and beyond — even beyond borders — to find the exact components or systems that meet your standards.
Whether you’re a Gamer, Graphic Designer, Movie Maker, 3D Developer, or Software Engineer, we have the perfect system — from budget builds to powerful customized setups — tailored to fit your requirements and budget perfectly.
Custom Order Terms & Conditions
- A 50% advance payment is required to proceed with personalized or custom orders.
- Payments made for custom orders are non-refundable.
- All “Backorder”, Online Exclusive” and “Pre-Order” items (including laptops) are processed with a 1–3 day ETA.
- If sourcing from international suppliers, delivery timelines may vary.
- Quoted prices remain valid subject to stock and exchange rate stability.
3. Warranty & After-Sales Support
At SL TECHIE, we only sell 100% genuine products with official manufacturer or authorized distributor warranty. We strictly maintain our warranty integrity — ensuring every item you purchase is protected and traceable.
Because we work directly with authorized distributor`s, we can offer super-fast warranty claim services, minimizing downtime and ensuring your satisfaction.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Warranty applies under the authorized distributor`s/supplier’s or manufacturer’s official terms.
- Products must be used for their intended purpose as determined by the manufacturer.
- Warranty periods as per invoice:
1Y – 350 Days | 2Y – 700 Days | 3Y – 1050 Days | 5Y – 1750 Days | 6Y - 2100 Days | 10Y - 3500 Days | LT – Limited Lifetime Warranty
6M – 175 Days | 3M – 87.5 Days | N/W – No Warranty - Original packaging and serial numbers must remain intact for claims.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Physical such as burn marks, pin damages, corrosion, scratch marks or accidental damage is not covered.
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- Authorized distributors/Suppliers may repair, replace, refund, or substitute items as per policy.
- Dead-pixel policy applies to three or more defective (according to the manufacturer policy) pixels on monitors or laptops.
- No replacement warranty for the laptops, only a repair warranty. (1 year warranty for batteries & power adapter)
- All the warranties mentioned are carry-in service — please bring the item to our service center.
- We are not responsible for data loss due to repairs, defects, or replacements. Always try to backup your important data.
- Warranty also does not cover print head units and cartridges, tonners and fans
4. Return & Warranty Policy
SL TECHIE is a trusted authorized reseller of 100% genuine, factory-sealed products. Every item is shipped in original manufacturer packaging to guarantee authenticity and quality.
As all items are brand new and sealed, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. This ensures every customer receives untouched, original products.
However, your purchase is fully protected by the official manufacturer/distributor warranty. In case of a defect, simply return the item to us — our team will handle the entire warranty process with the authorized service center for you.
